However, we are happy to provide you with an itemized statement (a detailed bill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Ask about the process for submitting an itemized statement for reimbursement and any documentation they may require.
  • Keep records of all communications for reference.

    • Testing Services are billed for 4-5 hours total, which covers both:

      Direct testing time (often 3–4 hours, depending on student age/needs) and the extended time required for report preparation.

      Testing Materials Fee – $50

    Exact time and fees will be determined following the initial diagnostic interview and records review.
  • Feedback Appointment - $149

    A 45-60 minute session with parents to review the evaluation results, explain testing data, and provide individualized recommendations for school, home, and/or treatment providers.

    Conducted by a Master’s Level Evaluator (Educational Diagnostician).

    This is typically a 45–60 minute Zoom or TEAMS appointment with the parent(s) and student to review the developmental/educational history, address referral concerns, and design an individualized test plan.

    *Younger clients may require a face-to-face appointment.
  • Testing Services - Billed @ 3-4 Hours

    Testing services are billed for 3–4 hours total, which covers both:

    Direct testing time with the student (usually 2–4 hours, depending on age/needs)
    Report writing and scoring time to prepare a comprehensive evaluation report

    Testing Materials Fee - $50

    Exact time and fees will be discussed during the initial diagnostic interview.
  • Feedback Appointment - $149

    A 45–60 minute session with parents to review the evaluation results, explain testing data, and provide individualized recommendations for school, home, and/or treatment providers.
  • Follow-Up Appointments - $99 per hour

    For ongoing consultation, IEP/ARD preparation, or school collaboration as needed
